Customer Contact Interaction and Assessment Workshop

Overview

This series is designed to provide participants with the background skills and knowledge related to customer interaction, assessment, and response. The topics in the series equip participants with foundational computer skills using basic Microsoft Office Word and critical thinking skills as related to test taking.

Objectives

After participating in the program, participants will be able to:

  • Demonstrate effective use of basic Microsoft Office Word 2007 software
  • Demonstrate proficiency in critical thinking skills related to test taking
  • Demonstrate familiarity with test taking preparation skills

Format

The Customer Contact Interaction and Assessment Workshop Series includes a total of 62 hours of required classroom time. The series is broken down as follows:

  • Microsoft Office Word 2007 = 20 hours
  • Critical Thinking Skills = 39 hours
  • Test Preparation and Review = 3 hours

Each course in the series is delivered in three-hour segments, typically offered two evenings per week.
