A+ Essentials - Part 2
Overview
This two-part course series will prepare participants for the CompTIA A+ Essentials
certification exam (2006 objectives). Participants will obtain the skills and knowledge
necessary to install, build, upgrade, repair, configure, troubleshoot, and perform
preventative maintenance on personal computer hardware and operating systems. It is designed for participants seeking to become entry-level IT professionals.
Objectives
After completing the course, participants will be able to:
- Install and troubleshoot video and multimedia devices
- Install and troubleshoot printers
- Identify, maintain, and troubleshoot portable computers and devices
- Monitor and manage Windows client operating systems
- Connect computers
