The Sage Group, LLC and Nashville State Community College Form Strategic Alliance

NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 1, 2005 — The Sage Group, LLC, a performance solutions company, announced today it has formed a strategic alliance with Nashville State Community College. Under rigid guidelines, Nashville State Community College has approved The Sage Group, LLC to offer and deliver technical coursework. The goal of both the Sage Group and Nashville State Community College is to assist students in developing the skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary for effectiveness in their careers.

Nashville State Community College is a recognized leader in education, serving approximately 14,000 students in degree and certification programs. In addition to its 49 degree programs, Nashville State offers continuing education courses ranging from technical skills to management training and programs providing training in such areas as computer-aided drafting and office technology.

The Sage Group has been providing workforce training service for 17 years. In 1988, the company was founded as the Pace Group and established its reputation for excellent customer service and relationship building. In 1988, after two acquisition processes, the company was bought by the current ownership in Nashville Tennessee and became The Sage Group, LLC.

The Sage Group currently has serves Fortune 500 clients nationwide. The company employs more than 150 facilitators, who deliver training courses either on-site or in convenient locations.

Under the strategic alliance agreement, Sage Group students who enroll at Nashville State can receive up to 30 credits toward an A.A.S. degree in General Technology upon successful completion of approved Sage Group courses.
