The classes that we have been taking through Nashville State Community College with The Sage Group have been very helpful in terms of being able to better understand terminology and industry processes while working at AT&T. It allows us to be more confident when dealing with internal departments during case creations and when speaking with customers, (especially under escalated situations). It's easier to feel more prepared and ready to face more technical situations after learning industry specifics in these few courses.
