Course Overview
Desktop Publishing is designed for participants who need to develop publications such as newsletters, flyers and booklets.
Course Objectives
After completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Open and Close the applications
- Use the Help program
- Create single and/or multiple publications containing ext and images
- Import graphic images, enhance images, and arrange text around images
- Modify, rearrange, and resize text blocks
- Format fonts, paragraphs
- Set indents and tabs
- Create, apply, and modify Styles
Course Format
The 15-hour course may be delivered in a variety of formats, depending upon the client's request. We recommend five, 3-hour session so that participants may practice the skills between sessions for maximum retention.
