Course Overview

Never before in most of our lifetimes has so much change been thrust upon us with swiftness and intensity. And the past does not offer sufficient lessons to help determine strategy. In order to Leverage Change to Your Advantage, you have to be able to unlearn, be resilient, have ethical standards, relearn, visualize and strategize. Turbulent change is the law of life, thus an environment has to be cultivated where people can live the change. It is incumbent upon all of us to think forward to profound initiatives.

Course Description

Leverage Change to Your Advantage is a one-day seminar designed to provide individuals with knowledges and skills, which will allow them to capture, drive and leverage the major elements of change, resulting in transformation.

Course Design

  • Awareness: Through experiential learning activities participants will acquire awareness of how they currently manage change and the role of 'self-deception".
  • Feedback: The seminar facilitator will be able to provide perspective and insights to allow each participant to identify priorities for improvement.
  • Practice: Participants will be working with models for effectively managing, committing to, and driving change.
  • Planning: Fifteen percent of Leverage Change to Your Advantage will be devoted to identifying skills and techniques for "real word" application.
