In addition to understanding the role of stress on our health and productivity, Managing Stress focuses on very specific, tested tools and strategies for immediately improving attendees' coping responses.
Course Description
Managing Stress is a four-hour course designed to assist participants in understanding the causes of their stress, the benefits of managing stress and how to effectively deal with stress professionally and personally.

Course Design
Managing Stress is designed to have an immediate impact on participants' responses to stress. Participants complete a private Stress Map which assists them in understanding their sources of stress, their current coping responses and signals of distress. This is followed by a series of exercises designed to uncover the personal value of advanced self-management strategies. Individualized action plans are developed focusing on responsibility and choices.
