Course Overview

Time & Stress Management provides information, tools and skills enhancement which can be put into practice immediately. Each participant receives a unique organization and planning system which will enable them to achieve control and understand the role of stress on their health and productivity. Time & Stress Management focuses on specific tools and strategies for improving coping responses.

Course Description

Time & Stress Management is a one day course designed to enable participants to increase their personal and professional effectiveness. The course examines barriers to managing time, the role of goal setting and personal motivation on time management, causes of stress, and strategies for achieving objectives.

Course Design

Time & Stress Management is designed to have an immediate impact on participants' effectiveness and on responses to stress. Participants complete a private StressMap which assists them in understanding their sources of stress, their current coping responses and signals of distress. This is followed by a series of exercises designed to uncover the personal value of advanced time management strategies. Individualized action plans are developed focusing on responsibility and choices.
